  1. "Made in America" at it's best! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Oct 2015

This razor is truly a new American classic. Historically straight razor quality is associated with Germany and other European countries, but Grim Blades has proved to be one of the best. The razor looks classic and feels of quality. Good weight with comfort. I purchased mine with my last name etched on blade, and it is a beautiful piece I will definitely pass down to family. I also got the hallow stand and it fittingly showcases the razor by levitating as if hanging in mid air.

Best shave I've had...and I have used DE razors, shavettes, Dovo Bismarck, and even those ridiculous Mach multiblades. It arrived super sharp; a fews passes on the strop and it was cutting hair before I even touched my face.

I highly recommend this razor. The 6/8" squared tip is definitely the way to go, but I can't wait to try Grim's "Butcher". Thank you for the best razor I own and for putting meaning back into the phrase "Made in America."
